1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE OWNER OF THE TREATMENT

In order to offer to the user the services provided by its website (www.fasten.it) Fasten.it s.r.l., with registered office in Erba (CO), Italy, Corso XXV Aprile 175, in its capacity of owner of the treatment, has to process some personal data needed to supply the required services. The data can be implicitly supplied through the tools used to access the service and make use of it or can be explicitly supplied by the customer (through the registration to the platform). Fasten.it s.r.l. will the be able to process the following category of personal data of the users: common identifying data supplied by the user (e.g. name, last name, email, telephone number, etc..) necessary to make use of the products and services. N.B. This information is only given for http://www.fasten.it. The owner does not answer for the treatment of personal data, that is carried out independently by third parties – although registered to the platform - for which the owner can't exercise control and so does not take any responsibility.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The data received by the customer will be treated by Fasten.it s.r.l. with methods and procedure exclusively necessary to provide the required services and related activities and aimed at improving the use of it, and for the further purposes for which the user has given its consent. Except for the treatments through the cookies (see «Cookie Policy»), the user is required its personal data just in case of voluntary registration to the service offered by Fasten.it. The personal data given during registration are exclusively treated in order to supply the required service. The non-conferment of the data through the filling of the specific parts of the registration form implies the impossibility to access the service. The revocation of consent or the opposition to the processing of the data will entail the withdrawal of the access to the service. Only after specific consent of the user his data can be used for the sending of informative material related to the institutional activity of fasten.it. The legal basis of the treatment is the consent of the interested party.

4. DIFFUSION, COMMUNICATION AND PERSONS WHO ACCESS THE DATA

The personal data is given to third parties in accordance with the legal obligations, to regulatory requirements or to measures issued by the Supervisory Authorities, or when the treatment is needed in order to make use of the service required by the customer and to fulfill the purposes above outlined. Moreover, we inform you that the data can be given to police forces or to the judicial authority, with the purpose of ascertaining and preventing offences committed by the users of online services, where necessary. The personal data treated by the owner can be given to the auxiliaries of the owner that perform activities necessary to provide the service of the website, its management and its functioning, namely to commercial consultants with administrative and accounting purposes, as well as to legal consultants for possible disputes.

5. METHOD OF THE TREATMENT AND ACCESS TO THE DATA

Fasten.it s.r.l. treats the personal data in accordance with article 6 co. 1 lett. A), b), f) of the EU Reg 2016/679 by virtue of its legitimate interests related to its type of activity and with the need to implement the existing contracts or the pre-contractual measures required by the interested parties. The data which is collected through the subscription of analog contracts are treated both with paper forms as well as with computer and online systems. The data collected through online form are managed in electronic form and can be object of automatic processing by means of management information systems. The owner of the treatment will treat the data with the above mentioned purpose, pursuing its legitimate interests which will not prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party.

6. RETENTION PERIOD OF THE PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collecated during registration will be retained until revocation or cancellation of the registration to the web site (it is noted that the registration on the platform www.fasten.it is functional to the supply of the service and the performance of the activity), upon request of the interested party and/or on the initiative of the Owner (e.g. in case the Owner decides to close and/or change the supply of the services of the website or to close the web site). Once the cancellation from the platform is completed, Fasten.it can retain the data for a maximum period of 12 months, for administrative purposes, in addition to a further possible period of time needed for law obligations.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party can exercise it rights as as referred to in art. 15 (Right of access of the interested party), 16 (Right of rectification), 17 (Right of cancellation), 18 (Right of treatment limitation), 19 (Right to obtain the notification by the owner of the treatment in case of rectification or cancellation of the personal data or cancellation of it), 20 (Right of portability), 21 (Right of opposition) e 22 (right to refuse the automated process) of the EU reg 2016/679. It is noted that the exercise of the rights of the interested party as stipulated in the aforesaid Articles, as the cancellation right and the opposition right, finds the limitation of the related norms (Decree of 22th February 2016 articles 56,57 and Decree of 24 October 2014, art. 7) about the retention obligation of the personal data.
