Please confirm that you can supply this product with the following documentation and requirements:
1. EN 10204:2004 Type 3.1 certificate for the stud bolts and nuts.
2. Full heat/lot traceability.
3. Actual chemical and mechanical test results.
4. Charpy V-notch impact test for the carbon steel stud bolts at -29°C, with an actual impact energy result of minimum 27 J, stated directly on the 3.1 certificate.
5. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance.
6. NACE MR0103 compliance.
7. Actual hardness values and heat-treatment condition.
8. Material grade marking on the products.
9. Valid ISO 9001 certificate.
10. Valid PED 2014/68/EU certificate / PED 4.3 quality-system certification applicable to the manufacturer's scope.
11. Please provide copies of the PED and ISO 9001 certificates before quotation/order confirmation.
12. Please provide a sample 3.1 certificate showing the required Charpy impact test result at -29°C.
13. The fasteners shall be supplied as assembled sets: 1 stud bolt + 2 nuts. Both nuts shall be threaded onto the stud bolt before delivery, so that each unit is supplied as one complete assembled set. No specified tightening torque is required unless otherwise agreed.
