BS EN 1664 Standard Dimensions for

This standard (BS EN 1664) defines characteristics of self-locking hex flange nuts (with all-metallic insert) with thread from M5 to M20, product grade A for thread up to M16 and product grade B for thread larger than M16 and with strength classes 8, 10 and 12.

This standard (DIN 1667 and equivalents) defines characteristics of hexagon nuts with flange (with all-metallic insert) and metric fine pitch thread with nominal thread diameter D from M8 to M20, product grade A for thread up to M16 and product grade B for thread larger than M16, with strength classes 6, 8 and 10.
