This standard (DIN EN ISO 7040) defines the characteristics of prevailing torque type hexagon regular nuts (with non-metallic insert) with thread from M3 to M36, product grade A for thread up to M16 and product grade B for thread larger than M16, property classes 5, 8, 10.
