Key requirements:

Captive screws (washers must be pre-assembled and retained after threading)
Washers must remain free to rotate but not removable
Production process: thread rolling after washer assembly
Material: stainless steel A2 (AISI 304 or equivalent)
All components (screw + washers) must be stainless steel – mixed materials are not accepted
Surface treatment: degreasing
Standards: DIN 6905 + DIN 6902 (Form A and Form B)
