SIPA s.r.l. was born in 1989 and started its history with the production of plates and corner braces for ironmongery. Over the years, the catalogue of SIPA s.rl. has grown including different types of items, as metal plates, join plates, shelves, brackets, blade for wall unit bracket, plates for gazebo, plastic items etc.

Starting from 2006 SIPA s.r.l. has begun with the production of washers in different sizes and norms, stepping forward in its growth, developing new markets and expanding abroad as well, also thanks to the participation to some European fairs of the sector.

Nowadays SIPA s.r.l. extends on a 9.000 sqm building, with 4 different sectors on it:

Iron shearing department

The machinery plant is composed of about 30 automatic presses from 50 to 250 tons for the shearing of metal sheets.

Plastic injection department
\r \r
The machinery plant is composed of about 10 automatic presses from 50 to 450 tons for the injection of plastic material in grains, and a press of 250 two-coloured tons, that allows to use 2 different materials or 2 different colours at the same time.

Mechanic department

The machinery plant is composed of 3 workstations, 3 horizontal-spindle grinding machines, 1 lathe, 1 radial drill, 1 micro drilling machine, 2 electrical discharge machines and 2 Wire EDM machines.

Warehouse department

The warehouse extends on 4.000 sqm. and it is the strong point of the company with regard to quick deliveries that have always characterized SIPA s.r.l.

The machinery plant is composed of several manual packaging machines and 3 lines of automatic packaging machines both in boxes and bags so to fully meet the requirements of our customers.

SIPA s.r.l. can offer its customers a complete service, starting from a simple idea, from a sample or from a technical drawing. The company is indeed able to develop the design of the item and of the mould, both for iron and plastic products. After the production of the mould the company will follow also the necessary maintenance during and after the manufacturing.
