We regularly lift engines weighing less than 200 kg using an overhead crane. At the moment, we use a carabiner to connect the lifting chain to the engine's lifting eye. The main difficulty is that the opening of the engine's lifting eye is only 15 mm in diameter. This makes it quite difficult to find a suitable lifting hook that can be attached and removed quickly, while also meeting the necessary safety requirements for industrial lifting.

Based on the dimensions of DIN EN 1677-2, we believe it might be suitable for our application.
Would such a hook come with a certificate or declaration confirming its compliance with the relevant European lifting equipment requirements?
Are the applicable standard, WLL and other identification details permanently marked on the hook itself?
Could you provide or help us obtain a detailed technical drawing to confirm whether the hook would fit through our 15 mm opening and allow the lifting eye to sit correctly?
