Vis sans tête à tête creuse et bout plat
Cette norme internationale (DIN EN ISO 4026) spécifie les caractéristiques des vis sans tête à tête creuse et bout plat, filetées de M1,6 à M24, de classe A. Les vis sans tête à bout plat sont principalement utilisées pour les réajustements fréquents, car elles n'endommagent pratiquement pas la pièce sur laquelle elles reposent. Elles sont également utilisées sur des arbres trempés à méplat rectifié pour un meilleur contact et comme vis de réglage.
Les principaux matériaux utilisés pour la fabrication des vis sans tête sont : l'AISI 420 (48-52 HRC) pour des propriétés mécaniques et une résistance à la corrosion optimales ; l'AISI 45 H (14,9) pour les applications standard et intensives ; l'AISI 33 H (12,9) et l'AISI 22 H (8,8) pour les applications nécessitant des contraintes modérées et de grands diamètres ; l'AISI 21 H (acier inoxydable A2-A4) pour une excellente résistance à la corrosion et à la chaleur. 14H (4,6) pour les applications où une contrainte modérée est requise, goupilles filetées.
