Varillas roscadas
Las varillas roscadas se fabrican normalmente en, entre otros, 90 cm, 180 cm, 300 cm y 3,65 m. La longitud de las varillas roscadas se mide, en general, de extremo a extremo. La tolerancia de longitud para longitudes nominales de 180 cm o más es de 0,5 cm y de 0,6 cm para longitudes inferiores a 180 cm. Asociados a esta categoría también se encuentran los siguientes productos: varillas roscadas de acero al carbono con acabado liso y cincado; varillas roscadas de acero al carbono galvanizadas por inmersión en caliente; varillas roscadas ACME de acero al carbono; espárragos roscados de acero al carbono totalmente roscados; ASTM A193 B7; varillas roscadas ASTM A320 L7, material de pernos de acero aleado para servicio a baja temperatura; espárragos roscados ASTM A320 L7. Varillas roscadas ASTM A193 B16, acero al cromo-molibdeno-vanadio tratado térmicamente para servicio de alta presión y alta temperatura; Varillas roscadas de acero inoxidable; Varillas roscadas ASTM A449, acero templado y revenido; Varillas roscadas ASTM A242, acero estructural de baja aleación y alta resistencia.
