Vibron Srl was set up in 2007 and it is formed by a team of technicians with more than 30 years of operational experience from another major company in the field. The company manufactures vibrating machines and plants, the so-called tumblers, and is oriented towards automation. Our production activity includes:

• Manufacture and sale of vibratory finishing machines

• Vibratory finishing equipment (machines and accessories)

• Production and sale of vibratory finishing chemicals, liquids and powders

• Marketing of vibratory finishing media and granules

• Technological assistance for improving production cycles and/or new generation

We specialise in the washing of small metal parts with water-soluble detergents and any other surface finish possible under vibration, which makes us particularly suitable for collaboration with manufacturers of small metal parts and fasteners, including:

• metal buttons

• special screws, bolts and nuts (especially stainless steel)

• ammunition parts

• aluminium rivets

• springs and washers

For these important sectors, we invented the VPHA machine, in 8 versions from 10 to 400 dm3 of useful volume, capable of performing in a single vibrating tank, in self-tumbling (only metal parts and no granules) and fully automatic mod:

• degreasing

• deburring

• polishing

• pickling

• phosphating

• hot air drying, guaranteeing excellent finishes, in complete automation and without any mixing of different parts
