"Giussani Giovanni" was created in the ''70’s as a shredding company for small metal parts, a sector which in recent years has undergone a major evolution in terms of mechanization and automation of the production process. Giussani still has its machine shop specialized in the manufacturing of shredded parts and operates in various sectors, from the industrial sector to the car and motor industry. During the years, thanks to the owner’s experience, “Giussani Giovanni” has successfully developed its own range of fastening articles, marketed under the name brand “RAPID”, which are unique for design and manufacturing. With the passing of time – and the involvement of the owner’s sons in the company -, further steps forward have been (and still are being), taken both in the fastening/hardware sector and in shredding. Now the company employs a lot of full-time agents to distribute its products. Fastening dowels completely differ from the others for the exclusive structure of their bush, which has been named and patented as MONOBLOC. lt is made of first-rate steel and, being obtained from a drawn screw, it has no openings in the front part. Further structural features include extremely thick steel, and the antifriction rubber ring - the latter represents a fundamental element which, applied to diameter sizes up to 12 mm, ensures the correct bush expansion even in imperfectly sized holes, which proves to be particularly useful to non-experienced installers.
