SORTER. Sorting systems for thread rollers. The separation of defective parts during the thread rolling process is very important to guaratee the quality of the products. SORTER devices are specifically studied for flat dies and planetary die thread rollers, provided these machines are equipped with process monitors. The signal of anomaly coming from the process monitor is moving a rotary actuator and the relevant flipper, whose angular stroke can be adjusted according to need. To allow easy access to the tooling area, the group can be tilted without disconnecting electrical and pneumatic supply. SORTER is offered in various dimensions and designs, for application of a wide variety of rollers.

Born from experience of its founder in the field of tooling for the production of screws and bolts, TNP produces thread rolling dies, punches and trimming dies.
