COMPANY

The activity in the fastener field has started in 1954 in the group R.F. CELADA that was successfully working in the mechanical sector since 1938. The expansion of the activity has led to the creation of CELADA FASTENERS in 1975. The company, thanks to the validity of the offered items and to the growing success in the national market, has allowed the birth, in 1986, of PSM CELADA FASTENERS, in a Join-Venture with the multinational group PSM International. In 2002 PSM CELADA Fasteners extended its activity with DZUS mechanical locks, becoming a distributor of this brand. Since 2006 PSM CELADA Fasteners has become official distributor of SOUTHCO brand. For over 30 years PSM CELADA Fasteners has been helping its customers solving their design challenges proposing high-performance technical and aesthetic solutions, through applications with which the end user interacts every day. Today PSM CELADA Fasteners distributes innovative fixing systems, quick locking systems and assembly tools, providing technical support to its customers and offering its presence throughout the national territory.

PSM INTERNATIONAL

PSM International designs and produces specific fixing solutions and provide technical solutions to designers and builders for their assembly problems, in order to ensure economic advantages and a better performance of the finished product. Founded in 1931 in the heart of the English industrial area, so-called “Black Country” in the Midlands region, the activity started with the production of special, high precision, turned parts. The development of the current range of products began in 1951 and in 1960 the business started focusing in the production of special fasteners, mainly. The main products include a complete range of inserts for plastic and a several sheet metal fixings, customized for each size and performance required.

SOUTHCO

SOUTHCO develops and manufactures mechanical locks for the access: locks, captive fixings, handles and other innovative products such as electronic locks and position-controlled hinges. SOUTHCO products are addressed to several industrial sectors such as nautical, automotive, railway, special vehicles, medical equipment and telecommunications, offering innovation and practical use from simple to most complex applications.
