Since 1925 the company Piloni srl is specialized in the production of rivets, screws and special parts on drawing by wire cold forming: full, half tubular and bifurcated rivets, pins with one or more diameters, knurled, threaded, with undercuts.
Our facility is placed in one of the biggest Italian industrial district, to less than an hour by car or train from Milan and to few meters from highway Lecco-Milan. 80 years of experience allow us to improve our products following the technical evolution required by our customers. Our primary goal is the full satisfaction of customers, maintaining a high level in terms of quality, know how of our collaborators and technology of our machineries.
To guarantee the best production control and short delivery times even for special production, from over than 40 years we draw our self all the wire.
We project all our moulds and tools; this allow us to get a great productive flexibility, to reduce the time to market and to produce also small lots of special parts. We have inside a complete mechanical work, for the maintenance of our machines to assure production continuity.
We actually produce about 14.000 different parts and we have a warehouse with 600 pallets of ready parts.
