DIV group produces all the standard products in standard and non-standard dimensions, and we specialize in creating non-standard products. Also have chemical manufacturing process of preparation of materials, infiltration and wire bars, cold and hot forging, thread rolling, stamping, grinding, milling, heat treatment and case hardening, galvanization line with new ECO cromiting without Cr(VI), and hot dip galvanizing and phosphate coatings.
The total capacity of our facility is over 200,000 tons annually; the capacity of galvanized zinc plating is 100,000 tons, hot dip galvanizing 30,000 tons and heat treatment 100,000 tonnes a year. The primary production is based on DIN, EN, ANSI and UNI standard, or transferred into DIN standards, DIN 931, 933, 934, 603, 960, 961, 6914, 912, 7990, 571 in dimensions M2,5 – M120 up to length of 1.200mm with cold forging and hot forging technology. All of this can be in qualities 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A2 and A4 for the screws, and in 6, 8, 10, 12, A2 and A4 for the nuts. We also use special materials, such as copper, aluminium, brass and high temperature resistance steel. Our products can have all surface protections (yellow Cr(III), blue Cr(III), black passivation), plus additional sealing for better corrosion resistance and better friction.
Besides the mentioned standards, we also produce standard and non-standard fastener goods, especially products according to customer drawings, mainly for automotive, electro, oil, petroleum, construction and other related industries.
